Tim Duckett

Tim is Head of Engineering at Finleap Build, where he herds some of the cats building ventures that are realising the future of finance. A Berlin-based refugee from Brexit Britain, he's been working in software development for the wrong end of 20 years in both hands-on and management roles - long enough to realise that while technology is cool and shiny and all that, it's the people factors that really count.
