Monica is an American software engineer living and working in Berlin. She began coding at the age of ten, and during her professional technical career worked in domains such as cloud services, natural language processing, e-learning, and fintech. Her most recent role has been leading a distributed team of frontend engineers at SumUp, a German fintech company, in areas such as architecture and technical strategy. In her spare time, she's bootstrapping an analytics startup.
